I have watched the video twice and found it amazing, but having read the book also I think the book is also well worth a read as there is more info it.
Both book and DVD are very inspiring and I admire both Joe and Phil immensely. I recently did a 7 day detox, but only managed 6 days as I just needed something to eat (or so I felt). However, I now intend to try again with no fixed time limit in mind. Thanks so much for doing the hard yards and taking the time to make the film. Regards Trish

great combination of the book and DVD. Joe is very inspirational and reading his book has been very easy. The DVD shows an honest look at Joe's life and reboot, and as for Phil, well this guy is incredible. I have been inspired to try juicing myself. Thanks

My husband and I are 5 days into our reboot and so far we have both lost 6 kilos, it's not easy when you have children to feed but the results keep you going. we are looking forward to having our lives back. Awesome Joe, thanks!

Fantastic film showing how simple, although difficult, it can be to make a huge change and inspire others to change. The result is a chain-reaction that will improve the lives and health of so many. Well done Joe.
